Engagement Coaches

Location:Salford & Manchester areas


Salary:up to £20,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are recruiting to a number of Engagement Coach positions across the Greater Manchester and Salford areas.

Engagement Coaches provide support to young people who are the most disadvantaged and who are at risk of becoming long term NEET. This will include young carers, offenders/ex-offenders, pregnant/teenage parents, who are in care or are care leavers or have special educational needs and/or Disabilities.

This exciting role will provide you with the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of local families, through one-to-one support and group activities with the aim of progressing and sustaining young people into education, employment and training outcomes.

Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with young people - we are happy to include voluntary work or personal development opportunities.
